The Ben Johnson residence is an all inclusive compound that includes the main residence, a pool and entertainment pavilion as well as an extensive network of nature trails and raised wood walk ways.

Despite the expansive natural setting the dwelling took on a contemporary palette of western red cedar stained charcoal with accents of white windows and trim with accents of red.

In contrast to the main house is the pool pavalion, which is inspired by the vernacular architecture of North Florida.
